  1. Lay the newspaper’s sheet on the craft table, and place the Styrofoam cone on its side at the center of the paper. At the cone’s bottom edge, put the pencil’s point on the newspaper. Make a full rotation of the cone. Make sure you trace along the bottom of the cone during the rolling process and add a half inch to each line end. Repeat the same process at the top of the cone.   2. Pin the pattern to the square green velvet as you cut out. And a half-inch to both the top and bottom edges of the pattern.   4. Around top and the bottom edges, and from the velvet’s edge to the cone’s edge, clip a half-inch wide slits. Apply the glue to the velvet slit’s wrong side, and fold the slits over the cone’s top point and the bottom base. On the wrong side outer edges of the circle, apply a bead of craft glue. With the glue side facing down, place the velvet circle on Christmas tree base bottom, as you allow the glue to dry.
  5. Use the wire cutters to cut the earring clips and pin backs from you wholesale vintage jewelry. Apply the hot glue to jewelry’s back. Arrange the backs on the side of the cone-shaped Christmas tree. Use small charms and beads to cover the surface filling the gaps.
